The test results show that the communication system designed has a good performance in BPSK modulation because it has the smallest BER value at 9,684 x 10 -17 and the largest SNR value at 31 dB. The series of interfaces that are designed can exchange text data transfers with Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) modulation using the FLDIGI terminal program. Testing is done with different distance parameters, namely 20m and 200m. The performance of a digital communication system can be assessed based on the SNR and BER values owned by the system. FLDIGI is the software of choice in this system because it can operate in PSK-31 mode with a speed of 31.25 bit/second. The design of a series of sound card interfaces for communication using radio frequencies aims to realize a text communication system using a transceiver in the form of a handheld radio. Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) becomes a modulation option in the designed interface circuit. Modulation in a communication system becomes an important role in data transmission. This is still relevant at this time because there are still 11% of villages in Indonesia that have not been reached by telecommunications equipment. This communication using data in the form of text and will also be received in the form of text, by changing the text into digital data. Communication through radio waves becomes an alternative communication that connects communication between villages.
